de6e387c7b Update gitignore files for all components 
Root: add OS/IDE/secrets patterns
webapp: add .vite/, .tsbuildinfo, .env.local
backend: add /createuser binary, bin/, uploads/ (submodule bump)
app: remove redundant entries, add *.hprof, *.class
